FAQ

GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us — if possible, we’ll be happy to help. Even if early check-in or late check-out cannot be arranged, we can safely store your luggage so you can comfortably explore the area before or after your stay.
  • Is there a reception? We do not have a traditional reception desk; however, we are available by phone 24/7 and are happy to assist with anything — whether it’s a question, technical support, or local recommendations. Check-in is completed easily online before arrival, and the keys can be collected from a small lockbox.
  • Is parking available? Subject to availability, guests may park free of charge in the two parking spaces in front of the guesthouse or in the surrounding streets (Grónay Sándor Street, Pacsirta Street, Deák Ferenc Street). The only exception is Stadion Street, where parking is paid.
